“www.ravla.com” acts within the framework of the law on Consumer Protection.
The items that must be COMPLETELY of the products sent for return are listed below. If any of these are missing, product returns cannot be accepted.
In general, if the purchased products are destroyed, used and the product’s resaleability is impaired, there is any opening or breakage in the product and its packaging, the cargo label is affixed on the original box and it is taped with cargo duct tape, in short, the product is not returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer. The product is non-refundable and non-refundable.
Within seven (14) days from the date of receipt, you must send an e-mail containing your product invoice number and order number to info@ravla.com as received. The reason for the return should be stated in this e-mail.
Your return will first be examined by the ravla.com customer representative and it will be determined whether it complies with the conditions stated above.
The return of the products that comply with the return procedure is approved and the product fee is deposited into your account within 5 working days. This 5 working days period will start with the receipt of the returned product by ravla.com.
If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning the product. The return invoice must be issued without including the cargo share (in the form of product unit price + VAT). Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued. The invoice should be placed in the package you send with the product you want to return.
You can send the products you have purchased with our contracted cargo company free of charge. The shipping fee of the returns sent with companies other than our contracted cargo company belongs to our customer.
